An exciting E-commerce & Marketing Executive role for European dairy company based in Singapore. This is a role for an individual who is proactive, independent and with entrepreneurial spirit to grow with the company.

Key Account Management
1. E-commerce Accounts & Marketplaces Management
- Manage e-commerce accounts and marketplaces (e.g., RedMart, Amazon, PandaMart, Shopee Mall, LazMall, etc.).
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing accounts and customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and onboard new accounts and customers.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date, including pricing, images, descriptions, and SEO keywords.
- Coordinate with buyers to upload new products, update product details, and remove discontinued items.
- Monitor product visibility, ranking, and listing health, troubleshoot and resolve any listing-related issues promptly.
2. Order Management & Operations
- Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Issue invoices and manage return, refund, and exchange processes (applicable for Shopee and LazMall).
- Maintain smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer support to ensure efficient operations.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations and provide regular updates to the buyer.
- Work with procurement, warehouse, buyer for stock planning and replenishment.
- Analyze product performance and manage slow-moving or ageing inventory.
4. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth
- Drive sales margin performance, meet and exceed targets related to revenue growth, profit margins.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales.
- Monitor advertising performance (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.).
- Conduct ATL & BTL campaigns planned by Brand Principal & Trade Marketing.
- Optimize content, product pages, and category pages for conversions.
- Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate, and revenue.
5. Pricing & Competitor Analysis
- Perform market and competitor analysis for pricing, promotions, and product trends.
- Recommend pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct store visits / walks with Brand Principal & Trade Marketing to understand the everchanging retail landscape to maintain competitive edge.
- Comfortable to travel abroad for trade shows / conferences.
6. Customer Experience & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces (Shopee & Lazmall).
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, and returns.
- Monitor reviews and ratings, take corrective actions to improve brand reputation.
7. Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPI reports.
- Track key metrics: sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI, marketplace ratings, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, procurement & brand principal.
- Coordinate with external partners like marketplace account managers and digital agencies.
9. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service level agreements.
- Stay updated on e-commerce industry best practices and platform rule changes.
10. Any other ad hoc duties assigned
