Role Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Executive / Facilities & Leasing Executive to support our expanding portfolio of green community spaces. This hybrid role involves managing leasing operations, supporting facilities coordination, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across our sites.

We believe in adaptive reuse of spaces, taking an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to sustainable community‑driven development, drawing links from the community to the macro environment. Guided by ABCD, City Sprouts adaptively re‑use spaces that are nestled in heartlands or near residential districts. Our flagship farm at Henderson was the former Henderson Secondary School; Punggol sheltered structures showcases green roofs and upcycled shipping containers, City Sprouts @ West Coast will be located within West Coast Park, and our Pasir Ris hub will be developed in a mature estate within the former Loyang Primary School.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leasing & Tenancy Management
  • Manage end‑to‑end tenancy processes, including onboarding, lease renewals, and documentation.
  • Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, invoices, and tenant communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, utilisation reports, revenue tracking, and supporting documents.
  • Conduct basic due diligence and contract vetting for compliance with company standards.
2. Landlord, Tenant & Partner Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant enquiries, tenancy matters, and space‑use requests.
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, partners, and landlords to maintain strong engagement and smooth operations.
  • Coordinate feedback, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
3. Facilities & Operational Support
  • Support site operations by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance and repair works.
  • Monitor space conditions, upkeep standards, and basic safety compliance across managed locations.
  • Assist with space inspections, reporting facility issues, and following up until closure.
  • Help execute operational procedures for events, workshops, and community programs where necessary.
4. Business Development Support
  • Assist the BD team with the preparation of leasing proposals, pricing documents, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective partners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Update BD trackers, leasing pipelines, and documentation libraries.
5. Market & Space Utilisation Research
  • Support market research related to leasing trends, competitor benchmarking, and community‑focused space opportunities.
  • Provide insights on utilisation patterns and potential optimisation strategies.
6. Ad‑Hoc Duties
  • Support cross‑department initiatives and operational needs as assigned.
  • Assist with events, activations, and community‑based activities when required.
