Crimson Education is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive for the Partnerships and Business Development function. This part‑time executive is responsible for driving meaningful lead generation by actively prospecting, onboarding and nurturing B2B partners across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of both online and offline events and activations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, results‑driven initiatives.

This is a 3‑month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be employed on a part‑time basis (3 days a week) and must be based in Singapore. Regret there is no visa sponsorship available.

• Identify, prioritise, and build relationships with high‑potential school and corporate partners to drive short‑ and long‑term revenue growth.
• Expand Crimson Education’s partnerships network across diverse industries in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Nurture and activate existing partnerships by planning targeted lead‑generation events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the global partnerships team to localise and implement business development strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing and event strategies, including campaign planning, asset building, landing page creation, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with internal teams to support and drive revenue growth from partnership‑acquired leads.
• Build strong, productive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
