Job summary

A global logistics consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Safety (WSH) Executive to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, conduct EHS training, and foster a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and be a registered officer with at least one year of relevant experience. This role is vital for maintaining safety standards and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• FSM certification or additional safety certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Identify training needs and deliver EHS training programs.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Investigate EHS incidents and accidents.
• Conduct EHS inductions for contractors and visitors.
• Prepare and submit safety reports.
• Develop and review risk assessments.
• Conduct monthly WSH inspections.
• Analyze safety performance data and implement improvements.
• Maintain Emergency Response Plan compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the industrial building.
