Job summary

A leading horticultural company in Singapore is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to leverage horticultural knowledge in driving sales. You will engage with clients to provide tailored solutions that enhance their environments with greenery. The ideal candidate has a degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture and at least 2 years of industry experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. The position offers a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary range of $3,500 – $3,800 per month.

Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am–5.30pm (weekends & PH off)
Salary Range: $3,500 – $3,800 per month

About the Role

Do you have a background in landscape or horticulture and a passion for transforming spaces with greenery?

At OneO2Plants, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can combine plant knowledge with sales acumen to deliver tailored indoor plant and landscaping solutions. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses and homeowners create environments that are healthier, greener, and more inspiring.

What You’ll Do
  • Leverage your horticulture/landscape expertise to understand client needs and recommend suitable plant solutions.
  • Grow our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional consultation, proposals, and creative plant concepts to clients.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our operations and design teams to deliver seamless solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Background & Experience:
  • Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience (plants, landscape design, horticulture, or related sales).
Skills & Strengths:
  • Passion for plants, greenery, and creating sustainable spaces.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical knowledge into client solutions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve results.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
