Reporting to the General Manager in Singapore, this role is responsible for driving international business development and revenue growth across regional markets. The position focuses on identifying new opportunities, building distributor partnerships, and actively expanding the brand's presence overseas.

Description

This is a hands‑on, sales‑focused role with clear responsibility for driving international revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Building and managing distributor and partner relationships to drive sales performance.
  • Executing market entry and expansion activities across assigned regions.
  • Driving sales discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements with partners.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support commercial decisions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support product launches and regional sales initiatives.
  • Tracking sales performance and preparing revenue updates and forecasts for management.
  • Ensuring sales activities comply with company policies and relevant trade regulations.
Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4‑6 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally with regional exposure.
