The successful candidate will provide support across project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive coordination. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the adaptability to function in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have proven experience in project coordination, particularly in real estate or professional services, and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Immediate availability is preferred.

  • Handle personal assistant support for senior team members.
