As a Workplace Specialist based in our Singapore office, you’ll play a critical role in cultivating an inspiring, efficient, and safe workplace that embodies Monday.com’s dynamic and people-first ethos. You will be the sole Workplace representative in Singapore, reporting directly to the APJ Workplace team lead based in Sydney. This role requires someone who is highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership of the Singapore office operations.
You’ll ensure our office is fully operational and reflects our commitment to employee well-being, sustainability, and seamless productivity. A key function of this role will be actively developing local culture and collaborating with the People Experience team to implement programs that ensure alignment with our regional and global company culture. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, visiting employees, and external partners, ensuring a smooth and positive arrival experience for everyone entering the office. The ideal candidate will have a genuine care for people, knack for facilities management, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating spaces where people love to work. This role will be a key player in maintaining our Singapore office’s reputation as a welcoming, innovative space, while also supporting additional sites as our footprint grows.
