What the role is:

Contracts Executive

What you will be working on:

As a Contracts Executive, you will be part of a dynamic procurement team. You will assist the Contracts Manager managing the projects and play an important role by providing support to end users in the entire procurement cycle, from pre-tender activities, contracts management and post-contract administration. Your job scope includes processing of payments, variation claims, cost estimation, conducting audits and preparation of final accounts. You will be exposed to tenders procurement and contracts administration of a wide and interesting range of services and goods ranging from construction, infra and civil engineering works, upgrading works, building maintenance, A&A, car park improvement and management, provision of managing agent services, IT systems and services, consultancy services, event management services.

What we are looking for:

You should have background in Building, Quantity Surveying or Building & Property Management, be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery. You have to be able to work effectively as a team. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
