About The Role

As a Workplace Specialist based in our Singapore office, you’ll play a critical role in cultivating an inspiring, efficient, and safe workplace that embodies Monday.com’s dynamic and people-first ethos. You will be the sole Workplace representative in Singapore, reporting directly to the APJ Workplace team lead based in Sydney. This role requires someone who is highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership of the Singapore office operations.

You’ll ensure our office is fully operational and reflects our commitment to employee well-being, sustainability, and seamless productivity. A key function of this role will be actively developing local culture and collaborating with the People Experience team to implement programs that ensure alignment with our regional and global company culture. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, visiting employees, and external partners, ensuring a smooth and positive arrival experience for everyone entering the office. The ideal candidate will have a genuine care for people, knack for facilities management, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating spaces where people love to work. This role will be a key player in maintaining our Singapore office’s reputation as a welcoming, innovative space, while also supporting additional sites as our footprint grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Space Management: Optimize space planning and office layout to meet evolving needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, security, and services.
  • Workplace Support Act as the main point of contact for workplace-related issues, from space requests and support or maintenance needs, Foster a positive work environment by ensuring employees have the tools, services, and support needed to work effectively.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations through audits and improvements.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive efforts to reduce energy use, waste, and promote sustainable.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for office resources and services.
  • Workplace Support: Address workplace requests promptly and in line with SLAs.
  • People Experience & Culture Support: Collaborate with the People Experience team to plan, organize, and execute local office events, celebrations, and internal culture-building initiatives to enhance employee engagement and community across APJ.
  • Cross-Functional Support (IT/AV & Admin): Provide first-line support for basic office IT and AV needs (e.g., meeting room setup, simple troubleshooting, conference calls) and assist with general administrative duties across various functions as required.
Your Experience & Skills

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven facilities management experience or comparable experience in a fast-paced head office environment (ideally within the tech industry), supporting 300+ employees.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of operations, and manage a wide range of responsibilities independently.
  • Passionate about creating engaging, functional, and people-first work environments that reflect company culture
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations, with confidence in applying them in a corporate setting
  • Experience managing on-site vendors (e.g. catering, cleaning, or maintenance), ensuring service quality and compliance
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, safety, and service excellence
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting a wide range of workplace needs
