We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of an established international agency that specializes in strategic marketing, communications, and experiential events.

The Singapore office serves as a vital center for the Asia-Pacific region, managing diverse portfolios across multiple industries with a focus on innovation and excellence.

Role overview

The agency is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR function for their Singapore office. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR services. The successful candidate will partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to shape a people strategy that supports business goals and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Strategic HR leadership – Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team.
  • Employee experience – Drive engagement initiatives that promote wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion. Ensure a positive employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Talent management – Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies. Support career development and succession planning.
  • Performance and development – Oversee performance management processes. Facilitate learning and development programmes to build capability.
  • Compensation and benefits – Manage salary reviews, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
  • HR operations and compliance – Ensure accurate HR data management, payroll coordination, and adherence to employment laws.
  • Team leadership – Coach and develop two direct reports. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the HR team.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Preferred experience
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
  • Experience in an international organisation, ideally within marketing, communications, or event management.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations and strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
