Job summary
A reputable recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore for thermal management solutions. You will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, with a strong technical background in HVAC preferred. The role offers a competitive package of $5000 - $5500, plus allowances and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong existing client relationships.
- Generate proposal and secure deals.
- Track sales metrics and report performance.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues proactively.
- Present and sell thermal management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for tailored proposals.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Stay informed on industry trends.
Skills
Education

- Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong existing client relationships
- Generate proposal, negotiate contract negotiation and secure deals
- Track sales metrics and report performance
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the implementation of solutions, addressing any issues quickly and proactively to maintain strong relationships
- Identify and engage enterprise data center clients with high-density cooling needs
- Present and sell thermal management solutions, services and related products to customer
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
- Product and solution presentation to varies stakeholders
- Sales Cycle Management. Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Stay informed on industry trends and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a plus
- Possess minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Possess own vehicle
