Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor production processes, equipment, utilities, and plant operations to achieve optimal output and reliability.
• Develop, review, and update process control documents, SOPs, and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot and improve process efficiency, equipment performance, product yield, and energy/utilities usage.
• Conduct trial runs for new processes, equipment, and product grades, including feasibility studies and field tests.
• Provide technical support, ensure production readiness, and maintain proper documentation and housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Process, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fields.
• Min 2 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; familiar with process validation and quality systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
