Job summary

A recruitment consulting firm in Singapore is looking for Service Desk Analysts/Assistant Engineers to support a 24/7 Service Desk. You will monitor IT networks, respond to user inquiries, and ensure timely incident resolution. Ideal candidates have a Higher NITEC in IT, strong customer service skills, and can work rotating shifts in a secure environment. This role offers a contract position with allowances and the potential for renewal.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a NOC / Service Desk environment is preferred.
  • Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work in a secure, no-camera environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor enterprise IT networks and server systems.
  • Act as the single point of contact for users, resolver teams, and vendors.
  • Respond to hotline calls and emails within agreed SLAs.
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution.
  • Track, update, and close tickets within defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident records.

Allowances: With Site and Shift Allowances
Work Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night), 3–4 days per week
Environment: Secure site (No-camera zone; lockers provided)
