- Digital marketing: Develop and implement strategies for SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and sales.
- Product management: Create and optimize product listings with accurate details, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Data analysis: Monitor website traffic, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Sales and operations: Coordinate with logistic team, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth order-processing system.
- Customer experience: Work to improve the online shopping experience, handle customer inquiries, and manage customer service-related issues.
