Job description

We are an e-commerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Executive to join our operations team in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order fulfilment process—making sure that every parcel gets picked, packed, and delivered on time. If you're organized, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Info

Salary: $2500 to $3000 (depending on experience) per month

Working Hours: 5 days work week (including Saturday), Off day on Thursday & Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour break). Able to work on Public Holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, count, shelve, and store incoming goods.
• Perform stock-in and stock-out activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Plan storage space and organize stock layout for easy access and space efficiency.
• Handle and update daily incoming and return parcels through our e-commerce system.
• Stocktake inventory when needed.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
