Job description

The Executive – eCommerce will support in managing the ecommerce marketplace operations for our brand, as well as planning and execution of marketing activities.

This role is a 6‑month contract under agency, replacing maternity leave, and can start from 5 Jan 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Support in managing Omron Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E‑Shop, TikTok).
  • Manage promotional pricing, assortment strategy, and control of A&P budget.
  • Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc.
  • Work with the content team to set up product listings, shop‑in‑shop designs, and ensure content aligns with brands’ marketing and promotion plans.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotions, aligning campaign calendars across various marketplaces.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce sales.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and a positive consumer experience.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e‑Commerce.
  • Strong negotiation skills for liaising with marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to handle daily order flow and operate marketplace Seller Centres.
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, positive attitude, and a team player.
  • Understanding of the entire Ecommerce matrix and process flow.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast‑paced environment.
