A logistics company in Singapore is looking for individuals to assist with picking and packing orders from online platforms, managing inventory, and providing customer support. Experience in e-commerce or packing is preferred. Candidates should be reliable, honest, and able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin.
Pick & Pack orders from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) in an air-conditioned environment
Handle Return & Refund orders from online platforms
Manage and record inventory for all incoming goods. Ensure correct quantities and report any discrepancies.
Provide simple information and support to walk-in customers for warranty exchanges (very few, less than 3 in a month)
Keep the warehouse and office environment clean, tidy, and organised
Check if the shipping fee is accurately charged
Training will be provided
