We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee and deliver high-quality projects from start to finish.
- Project Leadership: Oversee all project phases; define strategies, timelines, and goals. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Financial Oversight: Set and manage budgets. Control costs, negotiate contracts and change orders.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and contractors. Lead project teams and align all parties.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular site inspections.
- Risk & Problem Solving: Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve unexpected challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation, adopt best practices, and evaluate projects to enhance future performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years managing mid to large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and safety regulations
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
