The successful candidate will manage a team focused on reseller execution across APAC, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, improving partner experiences, and establishing operational rigor. ServiceNow is expanding its reseller-led motion across the APAC region, with a focus on building scalable coverage, accelerating partner-led growth, and improving execution quality in commercial, mid-market, and emerging segments.
Manage and grow a team supporting reseller execution across multiple APAC countries (ex-Japan).
Establish clear goals, coaching rhythms, execution standards, and developmental pathways.
Drive consistency in partner experience and execution while honoring local market nuance.
Adapt and implement the global resell framework in APAC markets of varying size and maturity.
Build repeatable partner motions, enablement programs, and coverage models that support scalable reseller-driven growth.
Ensure resellers understand, adopt, and execute against ServiceNow’s commercial and mid-market plays.
Work closely with regional sales leaders to ensure resellers contribute effectively to pipeline, NNL, and customer acquisition.
Strengthen partner capability, readiness, and commitment across priority markets.
Align daily execution with the Head of GPC for APAC while maintaining tight global coordination via the matrix line into the Global Head of Resell.
Partner with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Partner Programs to reduce friction and improve field–partner alignment.
Establish operating rhythms such as QBRs, scorecards, pipeline reviews, and enablement cadences.
Ensure visibility and reporting on reseller performance, execution maturity, and program adoption across APAC.
Remove systemic barriers that hinder reseller-led execution, advocating for clarity, consistency, and simplicity.
Build strong trust with partners through transparent communication, predictable execution, and continuous improvement.
10+ years of channel or reseller leadership experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
Proven people leadership experience managing distributed teams across APAC.
Strong understanding of regional partner ecosystems across ANZ, Singapore, Korea, India, and ASEAN.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience scaling partner-led motions and operating effectively in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency across APAC markets.
Resellers are a critical growth lever for APAC, enabling broader coverage, increased market penetration, and more efficient commercial and mid-market scaling.
