Sourcing Operations Strategy Deployment & Execution

Partner (Contract Manufacturing) Relationship Management

Long-Range & Seasonal Capacity Planning

Centre of Manufacturing Excellence – Injection & Compound

  • Drive Sourcing Operations strategy focused on New Product Launch, Supply Chain Resiliency, and OTIF in line with company’s Long-Range Plans.
  • Manage Leadership expectations around New Product Introduction, Country of Origin Diversification, and Partner excellence.
  • Align goals, strategies, and roadmaps with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Vendors and cross‑functional teams to foster collaboration.
  • Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights through regular analysis.
  • Innovate by introducing tools, technologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with HQ Product, Planning, Shared Services, Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless execution.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Sourcing or Manufacturing Operations, with at least 3 years in Leadership role, Footwear background is a must
  • Proven leadership in managing regional or global sourcing operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Effective communicator with executive presence.
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
