A technology support company in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure projects in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking/Engineering and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, conducting training, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- 2 years' experience in Computer Networking or related field.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
- Good organisation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Description du poste
Main duties:
- Provide technical support on network, server, and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Responsible for overall project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment
- To plan the whole project timeline and resources start from receive sales order up to project hand over.
- Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the junior staff to ensure maximum efficiency and delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training to end-user and staff members.
- Build and maintain good supplier relationship and high level of supplier support.
- Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information.
- Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.
Pre-requisite:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
- Preferably with 2 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle installation and site requirements.
