Antalpha (NASDAQ: ANTA) is a leading fintech company specializing in providing financing, technology and risk management solutions to institutions in the digital asset industry. Antalpha offers Bitcoin supply chain and margin loans through the Antalpha Prime technology platform, which allows customers to originate and manage their digital assets loans, as well as monitor collateral positions with near real‑time data.

Job Responsibilities
1. Onsite IT Support
  • Provide daily maintenance and technical support for office endpoint hardware and software (PC, Mac, laptops, printers, meeting room devices).
  • Troubleshoot user issues, perform fault diagnosis and system recovery to maintain a stable and efficient office environment.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks including device issuance, account setup, permission configuration, and asset recovery.
2. Software Operations & Maintenance
  • Manage OS licenses, office software, antivirus tools and other authorized applications.
  • Perform software installation, upgrades, configuration, compatibility checks, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct regular system inspections, patch updates, user account and permission reviews to ensure system security and stability.
  • Assist users in resolving software-related issues and anomalies.
3. Network Management
  • Participate in deployment and maintenance of network equipment such as switches, routers, VPN gateways and firewalls.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, and remote access environments.
  • Work with network service providers to ensure stable and secure network operations.
4. Hardware Maintenance
  • Manage selection, procurement, deployment, and maintenance of office hardware including computers, printers, scanners, projectors, and meeting systems.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and management processes, conduct regular equipment checks, and optimize hardware utilization.
  • Establish procedures for hardware usage and decommissioning to reduce maintenance costs.
5. IT Asset Management
  • Establish and enforce IT asset management policies and workflows.
  • Handle registration, warehousing, allocation, transfer, disposal, and periodic inventory of hardware/software assets.
  • Analyze asset usage and provide recommendations for procurement and upgrades.
6. Project Management
  • Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects such as new office IT setup, system upgrades, and improvements.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
7. Process Optimization & Documentation
  • Review and optimize IT operational workflows; develop standardized SOPs and emergency response plans.
  • Maintain and enhance IT documentation and knowledge base; promote automation and intelligent operations.
Job Requirements
  • Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support/operations; familiar with Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.
  • Good understanding of enterprise network architecture; capable of basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and VPN solutions.
  • Strong communication and service mindset with the ability to respond and resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong hands‑on capability and able to work independently in a resource‑limited environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
