Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales support: installation, acceptance, upgrades, relocations, and field change orders (FCOs).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive fast, data-driven resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering and operations teams to achieve top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Lead or support technical projects that improve production performance, reliability, and system capability.
  • Conduct detailed root-cause analysis using logs, data trends, and system diagnostics.
  • Provide expert feedback to global engineering teams for product improvements and new design considerations.
  • Integrate equipment into customer factory automation systems, MES, robotics, and smart factory workflows.
  • Apply your knowledge of OEE, throughput, and manufacturing performance to drive measurable improvements.
  • Work with the Service Sales team to identify upgrade, solution, and service opportunities.
  • Ensure all service contract requirements are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Offer consultancy to customers on optimization, performance tuning, and operational best practices.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience supporting automated production or test equipment (semiconductor experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Experience with smart factory, automation integration, or production solutioning.
  • Project management exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer‑centric, proactive, and able to work independently.
