This role involves providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing user accounts. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of IT support experience, strong skills in Windows OS and Microsoft 365, as well as excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
• Handle service requests and incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.
