A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore is looking for candidates to assist with network transformations. The role includes attending to alarms, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors. Candidates must have a diploma in relevant engineering fields and experience in telecommunications. This position will involve shift work and a customer-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in telecommunications or multimedia engineering.
  • Ability to work on shift/standby duty 24x7.
  • Good report writing skills and conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

  • Attend to activation for DWDM alarms and customer escalation.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
  • Coordinate and assist in support with vendors and field teams.
