A recruitment firm is seeking a Commercial Leasing Executive/Senior Executive for its Singapore team. The role involves handling leasing activities, tenant relations, and implementing strategies in a fast-paced environment. Suitable candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of leasing experience, and excellent communication skills. The position presents an opportunity for high visibility and business exposure within the Commercial Leasing team.

Our client is looking for an excellent Commercial Leasing Executive/Senior Executive. This position offers the chance to gain comprehensive business exposure and high visibility by playing a key role on the Commercial Leasing team. You will drive leasing activities and implement portfolio strategies, collaborating in a dynamic setting with brokers and internal teams to achieve targets within an excellent market.
