As an Manager, People and Organisation Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational innovation and capability development goals.
  • Design and optimize processes for seamless program coordination, ensuring high learner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Generate analytical reports on training participation, budget utilization, and program effectiveness for leadership review.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure L&D impact, including ROI, learner feedback, and program efficacy.
  • Oversee end-to-end program logistics, including vendor management, resource allocation, and delivery across digital and in‑person platforms.
  • Establish structured workflows for program launches, enrollment, accreditation, and promotional efforts to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions using diverse instructional methods (e.g., virtual, hybrid, in‑person).
  • Lead or contribute to organizational transformation projects, enhancing operational excellence and mission delivery.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of training & development, adult learning, and education, or other relevant fields.
