HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover – 1 Year Contract)

Location: Singapore, On-Site

Reports to: HR Director, SEAO

Your opportunity

The role supports Kering based in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. You will work closely with regional and local HR teams to drive key HR initiatives, address gaps, and implement solutions that are compliant, impactful, and business-focused. This role covers the full employee lifecycle and a wide range of HR responsibilities.

How you will contribute

Support HR Business Partner Team on the following responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations throughout the employee lifecycle in line with HR policies and local labour laws.
  • Coordinate of learning and development activities.
  • Support planning, execution and HR communications for corporate updates and activities.
  • Assist in regional HR initiatives, including inclusion & diversity and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition
  • Contribute to manpower planning and fulfilment for shared brands (Kering Eyewear, Kering Beaute, Boucheron, Pomellato and Qeelin) in the region.
  • Support recruitment activities with functions and brands where activities include the following:
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage job postings, screen candidates, support interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare offers, and partner with agencies.
  • Coordinate with HR Shared Services on maintenance of ePersonnel files, work passes and other operational matters.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Partner with HR Shared Services and Brand HRs to prepare payroll variables monthly.
  • Assist in medical and life insurance renewals, headcount updates, salary surveys, performance review cycles, and annual compensation processes.
  • Support other HR tasks as assigned.
Who you are?
  • Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws in Singapore and Australia is a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive team player.
