Job description

Responsibilities:

• Applying Building Regulations to architectural design;
• Coordinating, organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings;
• Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress;
• Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.
