ABOUT THE JOB

As an SAP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving SAP ERP HANA migration and implementation projects for leading banks. You will combine deep technical expertise with banking domainknowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. • Lead and execute SAP ERP HANA migration and implementation projects within banking environments.
• Define system architecture, migration strategies, and integration points with core banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security standards, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage system testing, data migration validation, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and conduct lessons-learned reviews.
• Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure flexibility and efficiency in delivery.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP ERP experience, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation.
• Must have Banking industry experience
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and financial operations.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.
• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or related modules preferred.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
