Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is hiring a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to support critical infrastructure for government systems. The role involves managing hybrid cloud platforms, driving automation, maintaining security, and ensuring high-availability IT services. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Azure, Linux/Windows Server, and scripting. A degree in IT or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. The contract role offers a salary package of up to $6,500 plus additional earnings.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in infrastructure/platform operations.
- Familiarity with IM8 or industry compliance.
- Azure or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise compute, storage, virtualisation, and Azure environments.
- Implement automation and configuration management standards.
- Perform monthly patching, access control, and security hardening.
- Support containerisation and hybrid cloud modernisation projects.
- Manage backup, DR, and operational documentation.

We are hiring a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure for government systems. You will manage hybrid cloud platforms, drive automation, maintain security, and ensure stable, high-availability IT services.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: West
- Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS
- Job Type: Contract
- Maintain and optimise compute, storage, virtualisation, and Azure environments
- Implement automation and configuration management standards
- Perform monthly patching, access control, and security hardening
- Support containerisation and hybrid cloud modernisation projects
- Manage backup, DR, and operational documentation
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Linux/Windows Server, networking, and Nutanix
- Experience with Terraform/Ansible, Kubernetes/Docker, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and IM8 or industry compliance
- At least 2 years in infrastructure/platform operations; degree in IT or related field
- Azure or infrastructure certifications, ITIL, or DevOps/CI-CD experience
- Experience in government or regulated environments
