Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and pain points.
• Develop workflows, process diagrams, and use case scenarios.

2. System Analysis Tasks

• Analyze and design system solutions to meet business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.
• Define integration and interface requirements between systems.
• Evaluate technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

3. Technical Expertise

• Work with cloud-based services, especially AWS, to design scalable solutions.
• Understand and apply concepts like APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for technical solutions and recommend improvements.
• Support the development team with technical guidance and clarification.
• Possesses technical expertise in PHP Laravel, React.js, and Flutter mobile app development, with a strong understanding of their frameworks and workflows, enabling effective collaboration with developers and informed decision-making, though not directly responsible for hands‑on coding

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the point of contact between business and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
• Assist in testing solutions to validate that business and system requirements are met.

5. Documentation & Support

• Create technical and functional documentation.
• Assist in training and support for system users.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Business Analysis Skills

• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with scripting or basic coding (e.g., PHP) is a plus.

3. Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Experience

• 1–3 years in a similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst).
• Hands‑on experience with technical solution design and implementation.
