A logistics service provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage import/export shipments. The ideal candidate should have experience in the logistics industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and managing documentation. This role offers a salary range of $2,500 – $3,500 along with AWS and bonuses.

- Customer service experience in logistics/airfreight industry is preferred.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required.
Responsabilidades
- Handle customer enquiries regarding import/export shipments.
- Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers and vendors.
- Monitor shipment status and update customers on delays.
- Manage documentation and billing processes.

- Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors
- Work closely with internal and external parties on import/export coordination
- Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on urgent shipments, and update customers on delays/issues
- Liaise with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams for smooth workflow
- Manage shipment schedules and keep customers informed of delivery status
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs clearance) to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry in the system
- Manage billing processes and resolve customer billing disputes
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
- Prior customer service experience in logistics/ airfreight industry preferred
- Strong communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
