Job summary
A finance and HR support organization in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to the Finance and HR teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong skills in data entry and document verification, and proficiency in SAP B1. Responsibilities include matching Purchase Orders to invoices, managing vendor payments, and assisting with HR tasks during festive seasons.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Finance/HR administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of Finance processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
- Support invoice processing and finance transaction data entry.
- Assist in preparing vendor payment schedules.
- Provide administrative support for Finance operations.
