Job summary

Job Scopes

• Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarder
• Manage daily shipment arrangements, including: Purchase Order (PO) generation, SAP system data entry and maintenance, Sailing schedule coordination, Invoice and Bill of Lading (BL) verification
• Handle supplier and customer management, including order backlog tracking and forecast planning.
• Perform basic cost analysis with awareness of cargo and logistics costs to support cost control and efficiency.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping documentation, and supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Good coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
