About the role
We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Central Kitchen and Production operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting smooth daily operations, we’d love to meet you!
What you’ll be doing
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update stock levels, check product expiry, and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process orders from multiple outlets accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating timely delivery.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate data in the kitchen management system, including stock movement, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Delivery Coordination: Work closely with drivers to schedule and ensure prompt deliveries.
- Reporting: Generate operational reports relating to inventory, orders, and dispatch timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining proper operational records.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with outlet managers, chefs, customers and delivery teams to resolve any operational issues and ensure a smooth workflow.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail in data and process execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or Logistic Management (or related fields)
- 2–3 years of working experience in a central kitchen or F&B operations environment is an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
