Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Service Sales Executive to manage tender quotations and supervise sales activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the lift and escalator sector. The role offers a competitive salary and requires strong sales and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in preparing tender quotations.
- Experience in pursuing leads and closing sales.
- Strong coordination skills for internal order processing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender quotations for new projects.
- Respond to technical queries and supervise sales engineers' documents.
- Provide updates on sales activities and money collection status.

Education
Working days : Monday - Friday 830am – 530pm
Salary Range: $3,800 to $4,800 + AWS + VB
Location: Bedok
- To prepare tender quotations for new projects.
- To response to technical queries, supervise and check sales engineers' documents for tenders and quotations.
- To pursue sales leads, conclude orders and initiate internal sales process and logistics.
- To provide update on sales activities and money collection status regularly.
- To supervise Marketing Executive(s) and support their daily duties and responsibilities.
- To check equipment condition highlighted by Service Maintenance division via feedback form and decide on the scope of work needed to carry out.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Highly preferred candidates possess technical expertise in the lift and escalator industry.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in preparing tender quotations.
- Experienced in pursuing leads, closing sales, and initiating internal order processing and logistics coordination.
