Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory/managerial experience in the beauty/spa industry.
• Proven successful sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and industry trend awareness.
• Willing to work retail hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch sales and operations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee customer reception, staff schedules, liaise with suppliers, and resolve customer issues.
• Develop marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Mentor and train the sales team.
• Manage inventory and purchasing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Supervise beauticians and consultants.

Work hours:

• Monday-Friday: 11am - 9pm
• Saturday, Sunday, PH: 10am - 7pm
