Location: West

Customer Service

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, shipments and orders promptly.
  • Responsible for the entire order fulfillment process and liaise with other functional departments to achieve on time delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service via all relevant communication channels.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks, daily orders.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
  • Accurately update documentations into backend inventory system.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Custom’s Standard Operating Procedures and company’s procedures.
  • Assist with day to day tasks.

General

  • Any other duties which may be assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Singaporeans or PR only.
  • Ability to partner with multi-departments.
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Efficiency and quality in handling customers queries
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas) and MS Word.
  • Prior working experience preferably in prior customer service, logistics

Working Time

  • Mon-Fri (8.30 am to 5.30pm)
