Job description

Packing and Shipping:

Pack and prepare items for shipment in a timely and organized manner. Ensure all packages are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for dispatch.

Inventory Management:

Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring products match purchase orders. Unbox, label, and shelve products in an organized manner for easy access.

Returns Processing:

Receive and inspect returned items to ensure they meet return criteria. Update inventory records, restock eligible items, and consolidate any discrepancies for further action.

Stock Counting and Inventory Audits:

Perform regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Assist with monthly or periodic inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Customer Service Support:

Support or assist customers when needed.

Label Printing, Weighing and Documentation:

Print and attach accurate shipping and inventory labels. Maintain organized records of product receipts, stock levels, and shipments and do measurement of size and weight of product when necessary.

Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse at all times. Ensure that all products are stored in the correct areas to maximize space and minimize damage.

Class 3 Driving License is necessary.
