Responsibilities of the Role:
General office cleaning:
Empty waste bins
Clean meeting rooms and office vicinity glass panels
Wipe telephones and reception counters
Spot cleaning
Collect mail
Check pantry stock and expiry dates
Clean fitness and changing rooms
Check stationery supplies
Assist with food & beverage (F&B) event setup and service
Vacuum office areas and meeting rooms
Meeting room cleaning and configuration
Basic pantry cleaning:
Wash soiled cups
Wipe countertops, chairs, and tables
Dust mop floors
Clean fridge and microwave
Manage pantry food and beverage replenishment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food displays
Check expiry dates and dispose of food waste in designated areas
Properly use and maintain all cleaning equipment; report any faulty equipment immediately to the supervisor
Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, ensuring their safe use and security
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations as required by the company, clients, and government
Provide professional and courteous service at all times
Keep food counters and displays clean and tidy
Ensure food displays, serving gear, cutlery, and napkins are stocked and available for customers during events
Assist with pantry stock-up duties
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Customer-service oriented personality
Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics
Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service
Able to communicate skills and team player
Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
