About the job Customer Service Representative

Our customer offer serviced offices for rent, and they are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the reception area efficiently and providing exceptional service to clients. Your duties includes:

Job Responsibilities:

  • answering calls, greeting clients with professionalism, taking and relaying messages accurately,
  • maintaining client records, and ensuring that faxes are sent with proper client labeling.
  • You will also support sales efforts by maintaining brochures and participating in sales tours.
  • you\'ll coordinate couriers, taxis, reservations, and accommodations for clients, ensuring timely billing.
  • Managing stationery orders, maintaining inventory, and providing occasional overflow typing assistance are also part of your role.
  • You must excel in client service, assist with fire warden and first aider duties, keep the reception area organized, and handle any client feedback. You\'ll help with meeting room bookings, including coordinating additional services, and take charge of closing boardroom, courier, and fax accounts.
  • Furthermore, you will monitor and replenish ladies\' toilet accessories and engage in upselling services and sales activities.
