A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage communications with customers and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, monitoring schedules, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have a diploma in Service Management or Business and at least 2 years of customer service experience. This opportunity offers a salary package up to $3500, along with additional benefits.

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (8.00am - 5pm)
Act as the primary contact point for customers via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, service requests, feedback, and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
Record caller information (name, position, company, contact details, and relevant notes) for follow-up by the Business Development team.
Monitor and manage customer collection schedules and purchase orders to ensure timely service fulfilment.
Provide administrative support for billing matters, issuance of service engagement forms/eSEF, compliance documentation, and monthly report consolidation.
Maintain and update customer information, filing systems, and NAV system records, including waste-related data.
Support the Customer Service Manager by collecting feedback and proposing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Update and maintain customer and prospect databases to ensure accurate and complete records.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Billing, and Site Teams) to ensure smooth waste collection and service delivery aligned with customer requirements.
Diploma in Service Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong adaptability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with a pleasant, customer-oriented personality.
