Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking an individual for a customer-facing role. Responsibilities include liaising with customers and handling shipping documentation, with a focus on order coordination using SAP and WMS. Ideal candidates will have some experience in Logistics and be willing to work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Some experience in Logistics or Shipping Customer Service background is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and warehouse CS for daily orders.
• Perform entries in SAP.
• Co-ordinate with customers on orders.
• Issue outbound instructions and release to warehouse CS.
• Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation and shipping requirements.
• Co-ordinate with forwarder on shipments.
• Send reports requested by customer.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by customer.
