Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects.
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with Prospects or Clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule promptly.
- Conduct regular calls to book appointments.
- Remind clients of their appointments.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
- Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
- Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
