Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 3-month contract to coordinate meetings and assist with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or GCE A-Level qualification, experience in customer service, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job description

Contract Duration: 3 months (immediate commencement)
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, training sessions, and staff initiatives (e.g. Innovation & Quality Systems).
  • Provide support for departmental events and activities.
  • Attend to customer enquiries via counter and phone, ensuring timely and professional resolution of service-related matters.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
