A private company in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to deliver outstanding customer service by managing orders and ensuring compliance with sales policies. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate billing processes and supplier sourcing. Candidates should hold a diploma and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
Effectively manage Webshop orders and price changes for Webshop items.
Source the right suppliers to meet all specification requirements for spot buys.
Manage forwarders and courier providers to ensure cost effectiveness.
Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
Manage filing for the department.
Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
Ensure compliance with Company's sales policies and procedures.
To perform other duties as assigned from time to time
