ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE [CUSTOMER SERVICE]
THE JOB
  • Liaise with Head Office and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on QA matters (include R&D).
  • Attend / reply to customers’ queries via email / telephone / video conference.
  • Coordination of IATF audits with external and internal auditors too.
  • Provide technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers.
  • SERVICE SUPPORT: Ability to present the technical aspects of our products to customers (potential &/or current), to understand how our products can support their requirements.
  • CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Identify customers needs, give recommendations and/or solutions how our products can support the customer via on-site / off-site technical presentations.
  • POST-SALES SUPPORT: Support the after sales service with implementation, training and troubleshooting (if any) of our products.
THE PERSON
  • (A) ACADEMIC
  • NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field.
  • (B) PROFICIENCY
  • Minimum 2 years of related assembly experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry.
  • An aptitude to analytical soft skills to identify problems.
  • (C) PERSONALITY
  • Keen aptitude to learn, self-driven with good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and a flair interest to solve problem meticulously.
  • Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
