Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented financial manager to ensure timely financial reporting and oversee inventory transactions. The role demands a diploma or degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate should be independent, organized, and have a positive attitude, with ERP implementation experience as a plus.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
- Experience in ERP implementation will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and reliable financial information.
- Oversee and monitor all inventory transactions.
- Responsible for proper management of cash funds and resources.
- Review financial control systems and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

- Review financial control systems, policies and procedures by identifying weaknesses and recommending improvement
- Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
- Experience in ERP implementation will be an added advantage.
